What does this course offer?
During our certification training, you will learn about the theoretical basis for Reflector Big Five Personality and Reflector 360. Afterward, you will learn to interpret these tools and provide feedback to the participant. These tools bring added value to your HR department and organization, but only if you have these skills. It will also allow you to give test participants feedback to make the right career choices. In addition, PiCompany's certification training courses contribute to your further professional development.

To prepare for classroom training, you will complete the "Insight into personality and behavior" eLearning module. Here, you will learn about the "iceberg model"—which PiCompany's vision on the behavior of people illustrates—and PiCompany's tools. You will also fill in the Reflector Big Five Personality and Reflector 360, and carry out a number of practical assignments.
Time required: 2.5 hours
During the training on-location at PiCompany, you will, in particular, practice neutral and value-free interpreting and feedback of results from the reports. We practice using the personal reports that the participants themselves have filled in. You discuss the reports with the other participants using conversation models and supporting documents.
Time required: 1 day
Between the first and second training day, you will be able to practice the feedback techniques further with a test subject. This will allow you to be better prepared for the second training day: certification.
The second classroom training day on location is also the day on which certification is awarded. You once again practice interpreting and feeding back the reports, this time with a course actor (unless there are fewer than three participants).
The day is concluded with the actual certification for PiCompany's tools being awarded. The trainer assesses and certifies each participant individually.
Duration: 1 day
Once you have successfully completed the certification training, you will be permanently certified to interpret, return the results of and provide feedback on Reflector Big Five Personality and Reflector 360 directly to the participant. After three years, you will also have the right to attend an event for those with certification, and take part in a refresher workshop at PiCompany. For more information, get in touch with PiCompany.
