Naturally, your employees have an image of their own abilities. But that image is not complete without input from the work environment. Sometimes a person underestimates themselves or doesn't see their own areas for improvement.

Reflector 360 analyzes the work behavior of your employees based on competencies such as customer orientation, leadership or entrepreneurship. With a questionnaire, your employee compares their own opinion on their work behavior with the opinions of others (managers, direct reports, colleagues and/or customers). This gives you a good understanding of your employee's strengths and weaknesses.

For whom and when

You will be happy to see your employees excel. This contributes directly to the success and job satisfaction of your organization. But what are your employees really good at? And what are they not so good at?

As a manager, you don't always see your employee's behavior. This also applies to colleagues or customers. Reflector 360 gathers feedback from different sources about your employee's work behavior and competencies. This leads to insight into your employee's strengths and development points.

Reflector 360 can be used as an input for coaching and performance discussions, management development pathways and for the effective measurement of education and training.

As a manager, you also gain information about the performance of groups of employees

Working method

You can quickly start working independently with Reflector 360. The Reflector 360 questionnaire is user-friendly and accessible online.

Your employees receive a questionnaire about competencies, preselected with you. Each competency can be investigated on four different levels. Five behavior indicators are measured for each competency. Your employees can complete this questionnaire at a time and location of their choice.

Following the test, a comprehensive report with notes is generated.

Results and reporting

The report consists of:

  • Clear definitions of selected competencies.
  • The results from the employee compared with the average results for all respondents, resulting in insight into the employee's hidden strengths and blind spots.
  • The results for the employee, compared with the individual respondent groups (managers, colleagues, direct reports, customers).
  • A summary of developed competencies and competencies to be developed.
  • Personal advice of the respondents in the sense of answers to three open questions.
  • Detailed summary of all results per competency.
  • Development tips with definitive suggestions for the improvement of weaker competencies.

Certification is required for the feedback of the results of the Reflector 360 questionnaire.

 

Support and certification

You can quickly start working independently online with Reflector 360. PiCompany supports you setting up the user-friendly Self Service Portal (SSP). With this portal, you can manage questionnaires for participants 24/7. Participants can fill in the tests and questionnaires online, anytime and wherever they want. Certification training
Certification is required for the interpretation and feedback of the Reflector 360 results. PiCompany provides this certification training. Certification authorizes you to interpret the test results and to discuss the report with the participant. This way, you can then manage the test entirely in your own system.
