Reflector 360 Agility analyzes how agile a person is. Reflector 360 Agility does this using feedback on definitive "agile" behavior by the employee and by others (customers, colleagues and managers). Reflector 360 Agility analyzes agile behavior objectively by retrieving feedback on individual agile behavior by the employee themselves and by others (colleagues, customers

The questionnaire is user-friendly and accessible online. Your employees receive a digital questionnaire. They can complete the questionnaire at a time and location of their choice.

Following the tests, a clear and accessible report, including recommendations for personal development, is generated. The report is easy to interpret.

Results and reporting

The report in Reflector 360 Agility shows which of the five agility dimensions your employee is currently demonstrating: Innovate, Change, Connect, Realize and Reflect.

In combination with Talent Match Agility which measures the personal potential for agility, it is immediately clear which of the five agility dimensions your employee can best develop.

Support and certification

You can get to work independently with Reflector 360 Agility. PiCompany supports you setting up the user-friendly Self Service Portal (SSP). With this portal, you can manage questionnaires for participants 24/7. Participants can fill in the tests and questionnaires online, anytime and wherever they want. Certification training
Certification is required for the interpretation and feedback of the Reflector 360 Agility results. PiCompany provides this certification training. Certification authorizes you to interpret the test results and to discuss the report with the participant. This way, you can then manage the test entirely in your own system.
