With its self-appraisal questionnaire, Reflector Self Appraisal helps your employees to reflect on their own performance and personal development.

Working method

Reflector Self Appraisal focuses on a number of competencies. For example, analysis and decision-making behavior, entrepreneurial behavior, motivational behavior or interpersonal behavior.

With a self-appraisal questionnaire, the employee appraises to what extent they (already) master the competencies. This enables you to guide your employee most effectively in their career path.

You can quickly get to work independently with Reflector Self Appraisal. The Reflector Self Appraisal questionnaire is user-friendly and accessible online. Your employees receive the self-appraisal questionnaire about competencies, preselected with you.

Five behavior indicators are evaluated for each competency. Your employees can complete this self-appraisal questionnaire at a time and location of their choice. Following the test, a clear and accessible report with concise notes is generated.

Results and reporting

Using the results of the self-appraisal questionnaire, you can write a Personal Development Plan jointly with your employee.
